My client is seeking a skilled MarTech Product Manager to join a well-recognised, Sydney-based leader in their field. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an evolving tech stack and play a pivotal role in implementing high-impact initiatives to optimise digital engagement and CRM systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimise the Adobe MarTech stack (AEM, AJO, CDP, CRM, email, SMS, push notifications).
- Lead end-to-end implementation of new MarTech initiatives, while continuously enhancing existing systems.
- Manage key digital communication platforms including WhatsApp, push notifications, and SMS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytics, CRM, and design to drive personalisation strategies.
- Oversee technical enablement in partnership with offshore development teams.
- 3+ years of experience in product management with a focus on Adobe MarTech or similar platforms.
- Hands-on experience with CRM, email marketing, and content delivery systems.
- Strong understanding of AEM, AJO, CDPs, and omni-channel marketing workflows.
- Confident leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced, consumer-facing environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Competitive salary of $155K + Super.
