ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re seeking a Technical Business Analyst
to join an agile digital squad focused on enhancing dealer portals and customer-facing applications. Reporting to the Head of Delivery, this role requires strong technical expertise in API integration design/solutions
, as well as experience with CRM systems (Dynamics preferred) and customer portals
. The right candidate will be able to translate business requirements into detailed technical solutions
, working closely with architects and technical teams to drive successful integrations.
DUTIES
- Collaborate within an agile squad to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical solutions .
- Draft API specifications, integrations, and data mapping to support seamless system connectivity.
- Work with architects to break down requirements into tangible development tasks.
- Optimise the dealer portal and customer-facing applications , ensuring seamless integrations with CRM systems.
- Define and document integration points between Dynamics CRM, Mulesoft, and .NET-based applications.
- Partner with stakeholders to align technical delivery with business needs.
- Support compliance validation processes (experience is a plus, not mandatory).
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and deliver in a startup-like, fast-paced setting.
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst with strong integration experience .
- Ability to draft API specifications and define system integrations .
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and customer-facing portals. (preferred)
- Familiarity with Mulesoft and .NET Microsoft environments is highly desirable.
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical documentation .
- Experience working in agile squads within dynamic, fast-paced settings needed .
- Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Immediate availability or a short notice period is highly desirable.
- 12-month contract with potential for extension.
- Daily rate of up to $775 inc. super .
- Sydney or Melbourne-based with flexible 3:2 WFH arrangements .
