This is a key senior role responsible for balancing a best-practice claims experience with strong risk and compliance oversight. A leader of leader’s role you will play an instrumental part in shape the development of insurance claims services, ensuring alignment with industry expectations and regulatory obligations.
As the 2ic to the Head of Insurance, you’ll support managers oversee key transitions and projects, and ensure seamless delivery of operations. You’ll also play a pivotal role in implementing and evolving the Insurance Strategy, taking ownership of claims, underwriting, and the insurance claims contact centre.
