About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager (12 month FTC) to lead and execute marketing initiatives across six venues, with a strong focus on three flagship locations.
This 12-month maternity leave cover is a hybrid role, with time spent on-site to truly understand each venue’s unique customer base, atmosphere, and team culture, allowing you to tailor marketing strategies that resonate.
You’ll be responsible for shaping the brand narrative, driving foot traffic, and enhancing guest engagement through strategic digital campaigns, content marketing, PR, and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to drive awareness, visitation, and engagement.
- Own and manage digital marketing, social media, and content strategy .
- Partner closely with venue managers to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Oversee PR and media opportunities to elevate brand presence.
- Leverage customer data and insights to optimise campaigns and maximise ROI.
- Analyse and report on campaign performance, ensuring continuous improvement.
- 4+ years’ experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within hospitality, entertainment, or a fast-paced consumer industry .
- A proven track record of delivering high-impact marketing campaigns that drive business growth.
- A creative and strategic mindset with a passion for brand storytelling.
- A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude —comfortable working in a dynamic, venue-based environment.
