Senior Contact Centre Consultant – Business to Business
We're seeking a professional and experienced Internal Sales / Relationship Manager looking to take the next step in their career.
A newly created position for Senior Consultant to join this established business.
Utilising your contact centre , relationship building and sales skills you will play a key role in managing and supporting a range of Corporate Clients. A unique opportunity to really utilise your skills along with taking your career to the next level , we are looking for someone who longer term can assist with building out this new division and growing a team around you.
In this role, you will be instrumental in maximizing client engagement by managing a range of inbound enquiries whilst proactively reaching out to our key corporate clients, learning and understanding their business needs, establishing a needs base an analysis whilst building a long-term relationship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound Enquiry Management – First point of contact for new and existing corporate clients;
- Proactively contact existing clients to establish needs
- Develop long term relationships strong relationships with corporate clients,
- Support existing clients through providing product information and support
- Assisting in the ongoing expansion of the team
- Provide administrative support to the Business Development and Account Managers as required.

- Previous sales and relationship management experience in a service industry.
