- Identify and maximise on opportunities within new and existing client accounts
- Develop and execute sales strategies for key accounts and national clients
- Create and manage territory plans, setting measurable goals and timelines
- Maintain accurate records using CRM systems for prospecting, planning, and sales activities
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including the Service
- Provide valuable insights to marketing and sales teams regarding competition and market dynamics
- Participate in local and national trade shows to showcase our products and services
- Previous sales experience in hardware solution selling, with relevant industry knowledge (highly desirable)
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in business-to-business sales environments
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales revenue targets,
- Experience in the food manufacturing industry, preferably in processing or quality
- Proficiency in cross-selling and Value Based Selling techniques
