This role is a 12 month fixed term contract, with a view to go permanent
What You’ll Be Doing:
? Managing end-to-end client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients.
? Gathering documentation, verifying KYC/AML requirements, and liaising with internal teams to meet compliance standards.
? Assisting with account openings, transfers, and closures while keeping everything running efficiently.
? Supporting data reconciliation and reporting to maintain accuracy and transparency.
? Collaborating with custodians, business partners, and internal stakeholders to solve problems and improve processes.
What We’re Looking For:
? 1-3 years of experience in financial services, ideally in wealth management and client onboarding, operations, or account administration.
? Understanding of KYC, AML, and regulatory requirements (or a willingness to learn fast!).
? Strong attention to detail – you’ll be working with important client data.
? A problem-solving mindset – things move fast, and we need someone who can think on their feet.
? Team player with great communication skills – you’ll be working with multiple teams and external partners.
