ABOUT THE ROLE
You will be responsible for overseeing the strategic vision and delivery of a diverse portfolio. As the Head of Solutions, you’ll lead a dynamic team, collaborate with senior leadership, and ensure seamless execution across technical and business areas. The role requires a strong leader with experience managing large-scale digital product portfolios, driving cross-functional collaboration, and maintaining a focus on high-quality delivery.
DUTIES
- Lead and manage the portfolio of solutions, aligning them with company strategy.
- Drive collaboration across product, engineering, and business teams to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions.
- Mentor and inspire a high-performing team, ensuring professional development and continued innovation.
- Oversee stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment between technical and business goals.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement and inclusion, fostering a supportive, high-trust work environment.
You will have extensive experience leading digital product portfolios, with a strong track record in managing capability areas. You should possess exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management abilities, with a proven ability to guide diverse teams and solve complex challenges. The ideal candidate will also demonstrate strong cultural leadership and the ability to foster an inclusive, innovative environment.
