SustainRecruit is thrilled to be supporting a dynamic and growing MedTech company dedicated to advancing healthcare solutions that make a difference in people's lives. This is a newly-created role that has been identified as an important position within the Finance team as they continue to grow and expand.
This is a broad role that will provide exposure across a wide variety of finance responsibilities including financial and management reporting, statutory accounts and project work in addition to overseeing junior staff. This role will also provide for opportunities to develop new skills and expand into other areas within Finance in the longer term.
In this role, you will;
- Ensure the timely and accurate completion of month-end processes
- Prepare and deliver the monthly management pack and key performance insights to support strategic decision-making
- Prepare accurate quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable standards.
- Coordinate and liaise with auditors on all compliance matters
- Ad hoc finance projects and duties
- CA/CPA Qualified Accountant
- 3+ years experience working within a Chartered and Commercial environment
- Exposure within Healthcare or with Listed firms would be advantageous (internal or client side)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated experience working in a challenging and dynamic environment with an ability to take the initiative
