SustainRecruit are thrilled to be partnering with a high-growth MedTech business in their search for a Financial Accountant to join their growing team. This role will have broad responsibilities across the function, allowing for a tangible understanding of the operations of a commercial finance team and the interplay between these functions.
With strong growth plans and finance transformation on the agenda, this role will have the opportunity to get involved across both BAU and Projects as the business continues to evolve and streamline their processes.

In this role, you will;
- Support with monthly management reporting, including analysis of actuals, forecasts, variances, risks, and opportunities.
- Supporting across Financial operations such as month end processes and overseeing transactional finance team members.
- Preparation of ad-hoc analytics, reports, and requests for informed decision making.
- Management reporting ownership in finance systems.
- Responsibility for internal profit forecasting and reporting.
- Preparation of half-year and year-end reporting submissions, workpapers, and reconciliations.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the team to improve management reporting systems.
Key experience we are ideally looking for;
- CA/CPA Qualified or equivalent
- 3+ years experience within either chartered accounting or a commercial accounting background
- Strong communication skills with an ability to speak with both finance and non-finance individuals
- Ambitious, curious, adaptable and initiative-led working style
