This is a pivotal role acting as the coordination hub across Delivery, PMO and senior leadership, ensuring delivery standards remain high, teams stay aligned, and communication flows effectively between international stakeholders.
You’ll be:

Driving delivery governance, planning and execution standards

Acting as the bridge between local leadership and global stakeholders

Ensuring strong Jira discipline, reporting and delivery predictability

Supporting headcount planning, hiring visibility and onboarding

Maintaining a high-performing, structured delivery culture
We’re looking for someone with:

Proven experience as a Delivery Lead / Senior Scrum Master

Strong stakeholder management across senior leadership & PMO

Excellent organisational awareness and communication skills

Deep understanding of Agile delivery and Jira governance
