Continuous Improvement Lead | Process Mining | Celonis / UiPath | Barcelona (Hybrid)

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Cognitive Automation function of a global organisation undergoing a major AI and automation transformation.

We're looking for a Continuous Improvement Lead with strong expertise in Process Mining to identify automation opportunities, optimise business processes, and help shape the future of intelligent operations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead process discovery activities using Process Mining and Task Mining tools.
• Analyse process data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Build compelling business cases, quantifying operational improvements and ROI.
• Assess opportunities for RPA, GenAI and Agentic AI, recommending the most appropriate automation approach.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Automation teams to define delivery roadmaps and implementation priorities.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience with Process Mining in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on expertise with Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, or similar Process Intelligence platforms.
• Strong background in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Business Process Management or Digital Transformation.
• Experience facilitating process discovery workshops and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Ability to build business cases and demonstrate measurable operational value.
• Strong understanding of business process optimisation and automation opportunities.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, BPMN, Visio or similar process modelling tools.

Highly Desirable

• Experience migrating from Celonis to UiPath Process Mining.
• Exposure to RPA technologies such as UiPath or Microsoft Power Automate.
• Understanding of Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI, Anthropic or Agentic AI.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience within aviation, travel, finance or large enterprise transformation programmes.
