ABOUT THE COMPANY
A flagship Australian brand with over 50m customers a year is looking for a Delivery Lead to enable their Service Delivery Team to focus on supporting contact centres. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a growing, diverse team in a dynamic environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Delivery Lead will play a key role in improving the team’s delivery processes, particularly through the introduction and enhancement of agile practices. This role will focus heavily on people management, organisational planning, and ensuring the team has a sustainable workload. You will be responsible for creating structured delivery plans, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring visibility into capacity, all while driving predictable delivery. This is not a technical role and does not involve managing a technical squad, but it will require significant leadership and organisational skills.

DUTIES

  • Introduce and enhance agile practices within the team, enabling better visibility of capacity and identifying potential bottlenecks.
  • Lead the creation and management of structured delivery plans for key initiatives, ensuring clear priorities and timelines.
  • Part of a growing team of 9, providing leadership, guidance, and support to the wider team.
  • Ensure sustainable workload distribution and predictability in delivery, making priority calls when needed.
  • Provide a calm, organised approach to navigating ambiguity, turning unclear goals into structured plans.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment between priorities and capacity.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Extensive experience in people management, with the ability to lead and support a growing team.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and create structured plans in an ambiguous environment.
  • Strong experience with agile delivery processes and improving team efficiency.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a focus on transparency and predictability.
  • Comfortable managing change, keeping the team focused and organised through periods of transition.
  • Experience in contact centre environments or related operational teams is highly desirable.
