About the role:
We’re looking for a proactive, confident, and adaptable
Business Analyst
to join a growing Customer Experience (CX) Team
on a 12-month contract. You’ll be the sole BA
, reporting to the Lead BA
, working across multiple business-critical projects in an organisation undergoing significant transformation.
This role is all about operational readiness
—bridging the gap between business, technology, and customers
to successfully implement new products and processes. If you’re someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership, and relentlessly drives outcomes, this is the perfect opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary BA , working closely with 3 Project Managers, Portfolio Lead & Lead BA .
- Define and document business requirements , ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead process mapping efforts, using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and presentations to align teams.
- Work across multiple business projects, helping to bring structure to operations and processes .
- Navigate a changing environment , with a new CEO and evolving strategy .
- Engage with European-based technical teams , ensuring local needs are met.
- Relentlessly follow up with stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
