About the roles
We are placing three experienced Technical Business Analysts with a leading Australian insurer across two digital delivery squads. These roles sit firmly on the customer-facing front end squads. 

They are ideal for BAs who understand the insurance space and thrive in fast-paced agile environments.

No deep back-end or integration experience is required. The focus is on digital customer experience, clear requirements, and collaborative delivery.
 
 
What you will be doing

  • Defining and refining user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps for customer-facing digital journeys
  • Facilitating backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder workshops within agile squads
  • Bridging business stakeholders and development teams across multiple delivery teams.
  • Adapting to quarterly squad reviews and evolving team priorities 

What we are looking for

  • Proven BA experience in agile/squad-based delivery 
  • Strong insurance domain knowledge 
  • Experience on customer-facing digital products such as quote flows, portals, or chatbots
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and business audiences
  • Comfortable with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent agile tooling

 Contract Details: 

  • 12 Month Contract + 
  • $800-$900 + GST per day
  • Immediate Start
