This is not an admin role. It’s a control‑point role where structure and decision‑making make a real difference for members.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of annual superannuation member, investment and tax statements
- Drive governance, due diligence, stakeholder sign‑offs and audit readiness
- Own risk management, controls, reconciliation and compliance evidence
- Plan and oversee statement testing, defect management and resolution
- Manage external vendors to ensure quality, timeliness and delivery confidence
- Track delivery across all member cohorts to meet regulatory obligations
- Capture lessons learned and implement year‑on‑year improvements
What we’re looking for
- Experience delivering projects or programs in superannuation, banking or financial services
- Strong capability in governance, risk and regulated delivery
- Confidence managing testing cycles, defects and vendor relationships
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to perform under fixed deadlines
Experience with platforms such as Sonata, statement engines, XML, reporting tools, PowerBI, Excel, Jira or similar will be highly regarded.
