Senior Project Manager – Consent Management
We’re partnering with a leading Australian insurer to find an experienced Senior Project Manager for a 12-month contract driving their Enterprise Consent Management initiative. This is a strategic, enterprise-wide program defining how customer consent is collected, stored, managed and retrieved across multiple channels and systems.
You’ll own the project end to end: current-state assessment, future-state design, and the identification of business and technology impacts needed to deliver compliant, consistent and scalable consent capabilities. Working closely with business stakeholders, architecture, technology teams and external delivery partners, you’ll establish a sustainable consent framework that aligns with regulatory obligations, customer experience goals and broader digital transformation priorities.
This is a hybrid role with 2 days per week based in the Sydney CBD office, paying a day rate of up to $1,000.
What you’ll bring:
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, cross-functional discovery and delivery initiatives across multiple business and technology domains
- Strong understanding of consent management, customer preferences, data governance, privacy or regulatory compliance frameworks
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments, from senior business leaders and architects through to technology teams and external partners
- Experience establishing governance forums, decision logs, RAID management and executive reporting
- Strong workshop facilitation and requirements elicitation skills with both business and technical audiences
- Comfortable managing ambiguity and driving outcomes in complex, evolving environments
- Formal project management qualification (PMP or similar), plus Agile delivery experience, ideally Scaled Agile and Scrum
- Hands-on with Jira and Confluence within an Agile framework
