The Role As part of a high-performing customer service team, you’ll be the first point of contact for members seeking support, information and guidance.
Working across phone, email and digital channels, you’ll help members better understand and manage their super, resolve enquiries and ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism and care. You’ll build trusted relationships while delivering a high standard of service and contributing to positive member outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, solving problems and making a genuine difference in every interaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing inbound member enquiries via phone, email and other service channels.
  • Providing clear, accurate and consistent information to members.
  • Understanding member needs and identifying the best way to assist
  • Resolving enquiries efficiently and ensuring appropriate follow-up.  
  • Building rapport and delivering an exceptional member experience.
  • Working collaboratively with internal teams to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate member records and system updates.

About You

  • Financial services experience will be highly regarded but is not essential
  • Experience in a customer service or contact centre environment.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • A genuine passion for helping people.
  • Confidence learning new systems and processes.
  • Problem-solving ability and a solutions-focused mindset.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive, team-oriented approach and commitment to ongoing learning.
