Loyalty Content Specialist | $120,000 base + super

The Company

A well-established Australian organisation in a regulated, purpose-driven sector is looking for a Loyalty Content Specialist to own the content experience for its customer loyalty program. Based in Sydney with a hybrid working arrangement (just 1-2 days per week in the office), this is a hands-on writing and editing role for someone who loves crafting audience-focused content that genuinely drives engagement — not just words on a page.

The role
Sitting within a dedicated squad, you’ll create and manage compelling content across app, web, email, social and retail channels for the organisation’s loyalty program. You’ll move between long-form storytelling and tight, frictionless in-app UX copy — and you’ll own content end to end, from brief through to publishing and optimisation.

What you’ll do:

  • Write, edit and publish high-quality, audience-led content across digital and in-app channels
  • Craft intuitive UX copy — microcopy, CTAs, button strategy — that simplifies the customer journey
  • Take briefs from marketing, brand, legal, risk and loyalty teams and turn them into on-brand, accurate, compliant content
  • Manage content end to end in the CMS (AEM), within established review and sign-off processes
  • Use data and insights to continually optimise content performance
  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring everything meets editorial, accessibility and compliance standards

About you

  • 5+ years in content, digital marketing or communications (we’ll consider strong candidates slightly under with highly relevant experience)
  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing or a related field
  • Experience producing content in a regulated environment (health, insurance, finance or similar) with complex risk and approval processes
  • A genuinely strong writer and editor, with an unrelenting eye for accuracy and detail
  • Hands-on UX writing / in-app content experience
  • Comfortable working in agile/scrum and managing content within a sprint structure
  • Desirable: AEM, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, JIRA, Confluence

Why apply

  • Purpose-driven organisation with a strong mission and values-led culture
  • Genuine end-to-end ownership — not one cog in a big content machine
  • Strong work-from-home flexibility (only 1-2 days per week in office)
  • A collaborative, high-performing brand and content team
