We’re representing a major Australian / Global technology business investing in the next chapter of its engineering organisation. Reporting directly to the CTO, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how engineering operates across a large-scale, high-volume technology platform that supports millions of customers and critical business operations. The Opportunity
You’ll lead the evolution of the engineering organisation, creating the systems, leadership capability and engineering standards that enable teams to deliver consistently and at scale.
Working closely with Product, Architecture and Delivery, you’ll drive improvements across engineering culture, software delivery, governance and operational excellence while developing Engineering Managers and technical leaders into high-performing teams.
Success will be measured by the strength of the engineering organisation you build—one that is scalable, predictable and capable of supporting long-term business growth.
