Dispute Case Manager (Complaints)

We’re supporting a leading superannuation organisation through a busy period within their complaints and dispute resolution function.
They’re looking for an experienced Dispute Case Manager to step in on a contract basis and take ownership of complex member complaints from start to finish.
This is a hands-on role where your work will genuinely influence outcomes for members.
The role
You’ll manage a portfolio of complaints and disputes, working through each case with care, structure and sound judgement.
- End-to-end management of complaints, from initial review through to resolution
- Investigating complex superannuation and insurance-related matters
- Working closely with internal teams, insurers and stakeholders to gather information and progress outcomes
- Drafting clear, balanced and well-supported response letters
- Supporting escalations, including cases that move through external dispute channels
- Identifying common themes and opportunities to improve processes and member experience
About you
You understand complaints handling in a regulated environment and are comfortable managing complexity.
- Experience in complaints, disputes or case management within superannuation, insurance or financial services
- Strong investigation and problem-solving capability
- Clear and confident written communication skills
- Familiarity with regulatory complaint frameworks and dispute processes
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work through sensitive situations with care
- High level of attention to detail and a calm, considered approach
