Business Analyst 

We are currently partnering with a well-established organisation to recruit an experienced Business Analyst to support a range of business and technology initiatives.

This role will see you working across multiple stakeholder groups, helping to define requirements, improve processes and support the delivery of key projects. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity and contributing to practical, outcome-focused solutions.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business requirements across a variety of initiatives
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand objectives and identify suitable solutions
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for delivery teams
• Review existing processes and identify areas for optimisation and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technology and delivery
• Support project lifecycles including testing, UAT and implementation activities
• Assist with change and transition activities to ensure smooth adoption

 
About You

• Proven experience working as a Business Analyst in a complex environment
• Background within financial services or a regulated industry is highly regarded
• Experience working within Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and present clear recommendations
• Hands-on approach with a focus on delivery and outcomes
• Familiarity with common collaboration and delivery tools (e.g. JIRA or similar)
