Alfie specialises in contract recruitment across Software, Data, Product and Project/Program Management.

Ben is an experienced technology recruiter with over 30 years’ experience delivering IT / Technology recruitment solutions across the UK and Australia. Throughout his career, he has partnered with large corporate organisations as well as SME technology businesses, managing complex recruitment programmes and contractor workforces of more than 130 consultants across multiple clients at any one time.

Ben has extensive experience recruiting, managing and developing junior recruitment consultants, helping to build high-performing teams and long-term client relationships. His most recent and current focus is permanent recruitment within the software engineering space, specialising in Python, modern JavaScript full-stack development and React-based front-end frameworks.

With over four years at SustainTalent, Conor partners with businesses across the EMEA region to deliver high-impact Talent Acquisition solutions. He specializes in the intersection of Pricing and Technology, helping organizations build teams that leverage data-driven insights to fuel global revenue and profit growth.

Conor takes a consultative approach to recruitment, focusing on more than just “filling a seat.” A competent head-hunter, Conor curates compelling value propositions and protects employer branding, Conor ensures a seamless candidate experience that reflects his clients’ excellence. A recent career highlight includes spearheading the build of a new Pricing Excellence function for a flagship client, securing key leadership and analytical roles to drive their global strategy.

David heads up our Benelux Contract division to organisations across the region to scale their Data, Analytics and AI teams through strategic hiring.

With close to 6 years’ experience across various tech verticals including ERP, Software Engineering, Cloud & Infrastructure and more recently Data & Analytics he brings a wealth of knowledge within tech to help businesses uncover certain pains and gaps within projects and come up with a cost-effective solution to tackle those challenges.

Jamie Rice is a Consultant specialising in HRIS, in particular Workday, while also having knowledge of other technology markets across enterprise systems, cloud, and data engineering. Jamie works closely with both clients and candidates to build trusted hiring partnerships. He is recognised for quickly understanding complex technical environments and translating them into clear, effective recruitment solutions across high-impact technology programmes. The key roles that he recruits for include Workday Integration Specialists, SAP BTP Architects, Senior DevOps Engineers, EUC Engineers, Data Engineers, bringing strong client and candidate management with a focus on long-term engagement

Outside of work, Jamie is passionate about rugby, which he plays competitively and also coaches junior sides. He enjoys the team environment, mentoring younger players, and believes the lessons from sport, including discipline, communication, and teamwork, translate directly into his professional approach.

Ruairi is a Senior Consultant at SustainRecruit. He heads up our Benelux division to organisations across the region to scale their data, analytics and AI teams through strategic hiring that blends deep technical understanding with human insight.

With over 5 years of experience, Ruairi focuses on Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, AI/ML and Data Leadership, he combines proactive search strategies with thoughtful candidate experiences so organisations can move faster, and candidates feel aligned with opportunity.
