Outside of work, she’s a foodie and travel enthusiast, always on the hunt for Sydney’s best eats. On weekends, you’ll likely find her at the dog beach with her cuddly cocker spaniel, Dudley.

Ben brings 20 years+ of experience in recruitment, particularly within Business Intelligence, Data, and Infrastructure, to his role as a Director at SustainRecruit since 2015.

His deep understanding of the Sydney IT recruitment market and a genuine commitment to long-term client relationships have been key to the firm’s success in establishing solid partnerships. Always hands-on and client-focused, Ben has not only ensured that SustainRecruit remains attuned to the shifting landscapes of the IT recruitment sector but has also maintained a human touch in all client interactions, valuing strong, enduring relationships over transactions. Ben continues to blend strategic leadership with a keen understanding of the market, ensuring SustainRecruit’s strong and consistent positioning in the competitive IT recruitment industry.

Christopher Devine is a Recruitment Consultant in the Tech division at SustainRecruit, specialising in permanent and contract technology hires across Melbourne and Victoria.

With several years of experience in the ever-evolving tech recruitment landscape, Chris is known for his authentic, relationship-first approach and strong grasp of emerging market trends. Chris is passionate about helping tech teams grow with the right people, and equally driven to support candidates on their next career move. Outside of recruitment, you’ll find him staying active with CrossFit, enjoying a competitive game of padel, or making the most of Melbourne’s buzzing nightlife.

Dearbhla joins us with nearly 4 years of experience working in KPMG Belfast’s audit department, where her keen eye for detail and dedication to excellence were key. She’s excited to bring her expertise to the team, ensuring smooth payroll processes and top-notch service.

Dearbhla’s guiding principle? “Don’t be afraid to ask questions!” – a mindset she believes helps drive growth and success. When she’s not at work, you’ll find Dearbhla staying active by running, hitting the gym or enjoying coastal walks.

Ed has been a pivotal component of SustainRecruit since joining as a Director in 2015. Boasting an impressive 15+ years of recruitment experience, specifically in the IT projects & architecture niche, Ed brings a wealth of knowledge and an innovative approach to the team.

As a hands-on director, he doesn’t only strategise but actively involves himself on the sales floor, ensuring that the operational rhythm of the company is in sync with its strategic objectives. His efficacy isn’t only reflected in SustainRecruit’s success but is also demonstrated by his role in establishing other recruitment pillars like Lotus People, SustainDigital and SustainHealth. Jessica Karanfilovski is a marketing professional with over a decade of experience in the field. She holds a degree in Business with a major in Marketing, and has amassed a wealth of knowledge and expertise throughout her career. Currently, Jessica leads the company’s marketing efforts with her deep understanding of marketing trends, strategic thinking, and a firm grasp of data-driven marketing. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Jessica is a dedicated mother of two. Max Lambert is the Associate Director for Software Engineering recruitment at SustainRecruit, and one of Sydney’s go-to experts for building high-performing software engineering teams.

With a recruitment career that began in 2017, Max has developed deep expertise in sourcing backend developers, software engineers, and technical leaders for scaling software teams. His focus today is on the Sydney tech market, where he partners with high-growth companies to deliver top-tier Java talent.

Tim Baldwin is a Principal Consultant at SustainRecruit, specialising in .NET recruitment for both permanent and contract roles across the Sydney tech market. With nearly a decade of recruitment experience and over 6 years focused specifically on .NET, Tim is widely regarded as a trusted expert in scaling high-performing software development teams.

I’ve been working in technology recruitment for the last fifteen years, started off with permanent hiring before moving into contract where I have remained . I focus on building out teams of consultants to work on digital transformations in enterprise clients as well as developers in in startups , associates in consultancies and everything technology focussed in between.

Im not technical but what I do understand is people, what drives them, why they would fit with certain clients and what programmes they would flourish in. Reading between the lines of what a manager says he wants and what they need. I manage large accounts working with all levels of stakeholder to solve their hiring requirements , building network of reliable consultants through linked in and referrals, meaning any client need is successfully managed quickly and efficiently.

Outside of work I enjoy sitting on my sofa watching Netflix crime documentaries, drinking wine ( whilst sitting on my sofa watching crime documentaries and in pubs) and trying to calm down a French bulldog with a personality of a wet gremlin.
