Iteration Manager – Insurance
We’re working with a leading Australian insurer looking for an Iteration Manager to drive agile delivery across its technology teams. You’ll keep cross-functional teams moving, clear blockers and help deliver change across core insurance platforms.
What you’ll be doing
- Facilitating agile ceremonies: stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives
- Managing sprint plans, velocity, scope, risks and dependencies across delivery teams
- Working with product owners on backlog priorities and release planning
- Removing impediments and coaching teams on agile practices
- Engaging business and technology stakeholders across the program
What you’ll bring
- Come from a technical background and have strong experience within the SDLC
- Experience as an Iteration Manager, Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead
- A background in insurance (general, life or health)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Working knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe or Kanban
- A practical approach to keeping teams unblocked and delivering
