Job level Senior Scope The Software Solution Consultant acts as the technical and functional bridge between customers, Sales, Product Management, and Software Engineering.
The role is responsible for translating customer requirements into scalable, standardized software solutions that align with Syncore’s product strategy, architecture principles, and technological roadmap.
The position contributes to both customer success and product innovation by identifying opportunities to enhance and standardize software solutions across the business.
Job Purpose To design, define, and validate software solutions that meet customer needs while maximizing the use of standard product functionality. The Software Solution Consultant supports business growth by providing technical expertise during pre-sales and project delivery phases, ensuring that software solutions are technically feasible, commercially viable, and aligned with the company’s long-term technology vision.
