Full Stack Web Developer & IT Systems Administrator
Web Development
- Build and improve our websites and internal tools in React and Next.js
- Partner with marketing on landing pages, A/B testing, and conversion improvements
- Manage integrations and APIs across our platform stack
- Monitor uptime, performance, and forms (Checkly, Sentry, Vercel) — catch issues early
- Write clean code and take part in code reviews
- Extend the CMS so the team can update content without needing a developer
IT Systems
- Roll out and manage company devices via Apple/Jamf MDM
- Keep the office network and Wi-Fi running smoothly
- Be the go-to for IT issues — access, support, troubleshooting
- Handle onboarding and offboarding, equipment and access included
- Track software subscriptions and manage vendors
- Oversee DMARC and SSL certificate renewals
About You
- 3+ years’ full stack development, strong in React/Next.js
- Real production apps shipped, not just personal projects
- Comfortable across the stack — front end, APIs, deployment
- Experience integrating third-party APIs
- Basic IT admin skills — laptops and networks don’t faze you
- Git/GitHub and CI/CD pipeline experience
- Strong troubleshooter, code or hardware
- Explains things clearly to non-technical people
- Self-driven — gets things done without chasing
