They’re now looking for a 2nd Level Service Desk Support Engineer to join their team and help ensure the smooth operation of mission-critical customer systems across a global footprint
This is a hands-on support role where you’ll be responsible for maintaining system stability, resolving complex incidents, and supporting customers around the world.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:

- Managing and resolving support requests via remote access
- Troubleshooting and resolving incidents and escalations
- Analysing system issues and identifying root causes quickly
- Supporting globally distributed customer systems
- Collaborating with development and service teams to resolve problems
- Documenting incidents, procedures, and solutions
- Providing optimisation suggestions and contributing to continuous improvement
- Supporting junior team members and sharing knowledge
What They’re Looking For
- Solid background in IT support / service desk (L2 level or similar)
- Strong general IT knowledge across systems and infrastructure
- Oracle SQL experience (queries, updates, analytical functions)
- Basic Linux knowledge (shell commands)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capability
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (English essential)
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and share knowledge
