Delivery Lead | Barcelona (Hybrid – 2 Days Office / 3 Days Remote)
We're partnering with a leading global organisation to find an experienced Delivery Lead to join their growing technology and AI function in Barcelona on a fixed-term basis to cover a period of leave.
You'll be responsible for driving delivery excellence across multiple Agile teams, leading Delivery Leads, aligning with senior stakeholders, overseeing governance, and ensuring successful delivery of high-value AI and digital transformation initiatives.
Proven experience leading software delivery functions of 50+ people within a large enterprise environment
Strong Agile, Jira, governance and stakeholder management expertise
Experience delivering AI, Machine Learning or data-driven solutions
Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Barcelona – Hybrid Working (2 days per week in the office)
