Team Leader – Insurance | Superannuation

A well-regarded superannuation organisation is seeking a Team Leader to join their Insurance team.
This is a hands-on leadership role leading a team of Insurance Consultants, with a focus on performance, development, and delivering strong member outcomes in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Insurance Consultants
- Manage workflow, service levels and team performance
- Ensure a consistent, member-focused approach
- Handle escalations and stakeholder engagement
- Drive continuous improvement across processes
- Ensure compliance with risk and regulatory requirements
About you:
- Experience in insurance within superannuation or financial services
- Background in claims, case management or insurance operations
- Previous experience leading or mentoring others
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet service levels
