About the opportunity
I’m partnering with a well-established insurance firm undergoing a significant Salesforce transformation, and they’re looking for a Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping how their CRM platform supports the business. This is a great chance to get involved in meaningful change work, with strong stakeholder visibility and a genuinely collaborative delivery environment.
About the role
Working closely with product owners, solution architects, developers, and business stakeholders, you’ll be responsible for eliciting and documenting requirements, mapping current and future-state processes, and translating business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. You’ll act as the bridge between business and technology, supporting design workshops, UAT, and ensuring solutions deliver tangible value to end users and customers.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce delivery programs
- Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and user story writing skills
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments alongside cross-functional squads
- Confident stakeholder management at all levels
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
Nice to have
- Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience
- Exposure to Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
- Experience Cloud knowledge
- Prior insurance or broader financial services industry background
