What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn the full recruitment lifecycle.
You’ll be involved in:
- Sourcing and engaging candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Screening and qualifying talent to match client needs.
- Building strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Managing job ads and applications to keep the process running smoothly.
- Supporting client meetings and learning how to consult effectively.
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
- Researching market trends and mapping talent pools.
- Collaborating with the team to deliver on projects and meet deadlines.
- Contributing to business development by identifying opportunities and supporting proposals.
- Learning negotiation skills to manage offers and close placements.
- Improving processes and sharing ideas to make recruitment more efficient.
