We’re now expanding our Melbourne team and looking for an Associate Consultant – someone motivated, curious, and ready to learn the ropes of recruitment while building a career that opens doors.
 
What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn the full recruitment lifecycle.

You’ll be involved in:

  • Sourcing and engaging candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Screening and qualifying talent to match client needs.
  • Building strong relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Managing job ads and applications to keep the process running smoothly.
  • Supporting client meetings and learning how to consult effectively.
  • Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Researching market trends and mapping talent pools.
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver on projects and meet deadlines.
  • Contributing to business development by identifying opportunities and supporting proposals.
  • Learning negotiation skills to manage offers and close placements.
  • Improving processes and sharing ideas to make recruitment more efficient.
