We’re working with a global leader in automation and robotics to find them their next Service Desk Support Engineer.

What You’ll do:
– Troubleshoot and resolve incidents across large, complex customer systems.
– Work with global support, development, and service teams. 
– Handle remote support requests, analyse problems, and document solutions
– Assist with optimisation, escalations, and mentoring junior team members. 

Tech Stack:
– Oracle-SQL (select/update/delete/insert & analytical functions)
Linux (strong command-line fundamentals)
– Solid general IT systems knowledge and troubleshooting skills
