We are seeking an exceptional Product and Change Manager to play a pivotal role in a flagship, enterprise-wide transformation programme. This individual will drive the adoption of innovative AI, predictive analytics, and location intelligence solutions across multiple operational teams.

This is a high visibility, hands-on delivery role suited to someone with strong consulting discipline, outstanding communication skills, and a proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the adoption of predictive analytics and location intelligence products across the organisation as part of a major AI transformation programme.
  • Partner closely with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Drive change management initiatives across multiple business functions, ensuring successful uptake of new tools, processes, and behaviours.
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders to support decision-making and champion product adoption.
  • Translate complex data and AI concepts into clear, actionable business outcomes.
  • Support operational improvements across areas such as logistics, supply chain, maintenance, scheduling, and workforce operations.
  • Ensure alignment between product strategy, business needs, and organisational readiness.

Required Experience

  • Strong background in change management, product adoption, and large-scale transformation.
  • Experience driving AI, data, or analytics adoption across enterprise environments.
  • Excellent influencing, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Consulting background (major management consultancy experience highly desirable).
  • Hands-on project delivery and ability to operate across both strategic and tactical levels.

Desirable Experience

  • Industry experience in airline/aviation, logistics, or supply chain.
  • Exposure to predictive analytics, maintenance optimisation, asset scheduling, or operational forecasting.
  • Working knowledge of location intelligence technologies and AI driven decision tools.

Contract Details

  • Rate: Inside IR35
  • Duration: 12 months (high likelihood of extension based on performance)
  • Location: Waterside (minimum 2 days per week onsite)
  • Travel: Occasional visits to London based offices if required
